Recharged Radio has announced the shortlist for the 2010 Recharged Awards. The internet station, which gathers thousands of listeners every week and champions 'breakthrough' and independent artists, based in Brick Lane, London, has nominated Jo for four awards in total including Best Female, Best Single (for Pick Me Up), Best Album and Best Folk Act.
The award ceremony will take place mid-April, providing a healthy and refreshing alternative to The Brits, and a chance for the DJs and producers to celebrate the success of the station, which received record listening figures last year for its variety of shows.
